1、電纜橋架布線適用于電纜數(shù)量較多或較集中的場(chǎng)所。

1. Cable tray wiring is suitable for places with large number or concentration of cables.

2、在有腐蝕或特別潮濕的場(chǎng)所采用電纜橋架布線時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)腐蝕介質(zhì)的不同采取相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施，并宜選用塑料護(hù)套電纜。

2. When cable tray is used for wiring in places with corrosion or special humidity, corresponding protective measures should be taken according to different corrosive media, and plastic sheathed cables should be selected.

3、電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí)的距地高度不宜低于2.5m，垂直敷設(shè)時(shí)距地高度不宜低于1.8m。除敷設(shè)在電氣專用房間內(nèi)外，當(dāng)不能滿足要求時(shí)，應(yīng)加金屬蓋板保護(hù)。

3. When the cable tray is laid horizontally, the height from the ground should not be less than 2.5m, and when it is laid vertically, the height from the ground should not be less than 1.8m. In addition to laying inside and outside the special electrical room, when the requirements cannot be met, metal cover plate shall be added for protection.

4、電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí)，宜按荷載曲線選取合適跨距進(jìn)行支撐，跨距宜為1．5—3m。垂直敷設(shè)時(shí)，其固定點(diǎn)間距不宜大2m。

4. When the cable tray is laid horizontally, the appropriate span should be selected for support according to the load curve, and the span should be 1.5-3m. When laying vertically, the distance between fixed points should not be larger than 2m.

5、電纜橋架多層敷設(shè)時(shí)，其層間距離應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

（1）電力電纜橋架間不應(yīng)小于0.3m；

(1) The distance between power cable trays shall not be less than 0.3m;

（2）電信電纜與電力電纜橋架問(wèn)不宜小于0.5m，當(dāng)有屏蔽板時(shí)可減少到0.3m；

(2) The distance between telecommunication cable and power cable tray should not be less than 0.5m, and it can be reduced to 0.3m when there is shielding plate;

（3）控制電纜橋架間不應(yīng)小于0.2m；

(3) The distance between control cable trays shall not be less than 0.2m;

（4）橋架上部距頂棚、樓板或梁等障礙物不宜小于0.3m。

(4) The distance between the upper part of bridge and obstacles such as ceiling, floor or beam should not be less than 0.3m.

6、當(dāng)兩組或兩組以上電纜橋架在同一高度平行或上下平行敷設(shè)時(shí)，各相鄰電纜橋架間應(yīng)預(yù)留維護(hù)、檢修距離。

6. When two or more groups of cable trays are laid in parallel at the same height or up and down, the maintenance and overhaul distance shall be reserved between adjacent cable trays.

7、在電纜托盤上可無(wú)間距敷設(shè)電纜。電纜總截面積與托盤內(nèi)橫斷面積的比值，電力電纜不應(yīng)大于40％；控制電纜不應(yīng)大于50％。

7. The cable can be laid on the cable tray without space. The ratio of the total cross-sectional area of the cable to the cross-sectional area in the tray shall not be greater than 40% for the power cable and 50% for the control cable.

8、電纜橋架不宜敷設(shè)在腐蝕性氣體管道和熱力管道的上方及腐蝕性液體管道的下方。當(dāng)不能滿足上述要求時(shí)，應(yīng)采取防腐、隔熱措施。

8. The cable tray should not be laid above the corrosive gas pipeline and heat pipeline and below the corrosive liquid pipeline. When the above requirements cannot be met, anti-corrosion and heat insulation measures shall be taken.

9、電纜橋架不宜敷設(shè)在腐蝕性氣體管道和熱力管道的上方及腐蝕性液體管道的下方。當(dāng)不能滿足上述要求時(shí)，應(yīng)采取防腐、隔熱措施。

9. The cable tray should not be laid above the corrosive gas pipeline and heat pipeline and below the corrosive liquid pipeline. When the above requirements cannot be met, anti-corrosion and heat insulation measures shall be taken.

10、電纜橋架不得在穿過(guò)樓板或墻壁處進(jìn)行連接。

10. Cable trays shall not be connected through floors or walls.

11、鋼制電纜橋架直線段長(zhǎng)度超過(guò)30m、鋁合金或玻璃鋼制電纜橋架長(zhǎng)度超過(guò)15m時(shí)，宜設(shè)置伸縮節(jié)。電纜橋架跨越建筑物變形縫處，應(yīng)設(shè)置補(bǔ)償裝置。

11. When the length of straight section of steel cable tray exceeds 30m, or the length of aluminum alloy or glass fiber reinforced plastic cable tray exceeds 15m, expansion joints should be set. Compensation device shall be set at the place where the cable tray crosses the deformation joint of the building.
