橋架外形尺寸允許偏差要求

　　要求：

　　requirement:

　　① 橋架長度偏差：長度≤2m，極限偏差±2mm；長度＞2mm，極限偏差±4mm；

　　① Bridge length deviation: for lengths ≤ 2m, the limit deviation is ± 2mm; for lengths>2mm, the limit deviation is ± 4mm;

　　② 橋架寬度偏差：長度＞4mm，極限偏差±4mm；長 度≤4mm，極限偏差±3mm；

　　② Bridge width deviation: for lengths>4mm, the limit deviation is ± 4mm; for lengths ≤ 4mm, the limit deviation is ± 3mm;

　　③ 橋架尺寸及允許偏差應(yīng)符合表2的規(guī)定：

　　①熱浸鋅鍍鋅層厚度:平均值≥65微米，螺絲、螺帽、墊片≥20微米。附著力檢查:劃線、劃格法試驗(yàn)，鋅層應(yīng)不剝 落凸起。

　　① Thickness of hot-dip galvanized layer: average value ≥ 65 microns, screws, nuts, and washers ≥ 20 microns. Adhesion inspection: Marking and grid method test, the zinc layer should not peel off or protrude.

　　② 電鍍鋅鋅層厚度：≥12微米，螺絲、螺帽、墊片≥6微米， ?鋅層附著力檢查:劃線、劃格法試驗(yàn)，鋅層應(yīng)不剝落凸起。 噴塑層表面厚度≥50微米，防火層表面厚度≥200微米。

　　② Galvanized zinc layer thickness: ≥ 12 microns, screws, nuts, washers ≥ 6 microns, zinc layer adhesion inspection: marking and grid method test, zinc layer should not peel off or protrude. The surface thickness of the spray coating is ≥ 50 microns, and the surface thickness of the fireproof layer is ≥ 200 microns.

　　③ 檢查方法:在每一節(jié)橋架上少有10個(gè)合理分配的測點(diǎn)， ?每個(gè)測點(diǎn)在部件的，用磁性測厚儀測量。

　　③ Inspection method: There should be at least 10 reasonably allocated measuring points on each section of the bridge, with each measuring point located in the center of the component, and measured using a magnetic thickness gauge.

　　要求：①橋架表面平整度允許誤差：熱浸鋅橋架平面度允許誤 差每米不大于8mm；電鍍鋅和噴漆橋架平面度允許誤差 每米不大于4mm；

　　要求：角鋼外觀質(zhì)量：① 鍍層表面應(yīng)均勻，無毛刺、過燒、掛灰、傷痕、局部 未鍍鋅、銹蝕、氧化等；

　　③ 角鋼幾何彎曲度、邊寬、邊厚、頂角、理論重量等應(yīng) 符合要求，角鋼不得有顯著的扭轉(zhuǎn)、彎曲。偏差的允 許范圍內(nèi)。④ 角鋼厚度允許偏差：±0.4；寬度允許偏差：±0.8，角 度允許偏差≤b／100，（b=角鋼寬度）。

　　③ 每次批量安裝膨脹螺栓打孔之前，應(yīng)先做鉆頭規(guī)格適配試驗(yàn)，經(jīng)適 配試驗(yàn)合格后方可批量打孔。在更換鉆頭和使用不同批次材料時(shí)， 應(yīng)重新做適配試驗(yàn)。

　　③ Before each batch installation of expansion bolts for drilling, a drill bit specification adaptation test should be conducted first. Only after passing the adaptation test can batch drilling be carried out. When replacing drill bits and using different batches of materials, a new adaptation test should be conducted.

　　④ 根據(jù)膨脹螺栓長度需要的鉆孔深度，一般比膨脹管的長度深5毫米 左右，在電錘上設(shè)置限位。

　　⑥ 膨脹螺栓錨固位置與混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)邊緣間距應(yīng)大于3.5倍孔深，膨脹 螺栓之間間距也應(yīng)滿足同樣要求。

　　⑥ The distance between the anchorage position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure should be greater than 3.5 times the depth of the hole, and the distance between the expansion bolts should also meet the same requirements.

　　⑦ 膨脹螺栓安裝后套管不應(yīng)外露、加墊片并將螺母緊固牢固，緊固螺 母時(shí)禁止采用手持長桿套筒緊固。

　　⑦ After the installation of expansion bolts, the sleeve should not be exposed, gaskets should be added, and nuts should be tightened firmly. When tightening nuts, it is forbidden to use hand-held long rod sleeves for fastening.

　　拉拔試驗(yàn)要求：

　　① 拉拔試驗(yàn)儀器可顯示試驗(yàn)拉力數(shù)據(jù)的電子測量儀，如條件不具 備，可選用能直觀看出重量的重物作為測試塊，試驗(yàn)承重支架離開 地面高度不超過200mm；

　　① The preferred pull-out test instrument is an electronic measuring instrument that can display test tensile data. If the conditions are not met, a heavy object that can visually show the weight can be selected as the test block, and the height of the test load-bearing bracket from the ground should not exceed 200mm;

　　②試驗(yàn)荷載應(yīng)考慮施工人員在吊載物體上面作業(yè)的動(dòng)荷載以及系統(tǒng)運(yùn) 行中的震動(dòng)疲勞載荷，以計(jì)算實(shí)際承載重量的2倍為基準(zhǔn)，但不得 超過其極限抗拉力；

　　② The test load should consider the dynamic load of construction personnel working on suspended objects and the vibration fatigue load during system operation, based on twice the actual bearing weight, but not exceeding its ultimate tensile strength;

　　③試驗(yàn)前檢查螺母安裝是否緊固，用記號(hào)筆做好標(biāo)記；

　　③ Before the experiment, check if the nut is securely installed and mark it with a marker pen;

　　④試驗(yàn)時(shí)對(duì)電子測試儀的讀數(shù)進(jìn)行拍照，作為依據(jù)；

　　④ Take photos of the readings of the electronic tester during the experiment as a basis;

　　⑤試驗(yàn)后檢查緊固螺母位置是否有松動(dòng)和旋轉(zhuǎn)，膨脹螺栓是否有拉出 現(xiàn)象；

　　⑤ After the experiment, check whether the fastening nut position is loose and rotating, and whether the expansion bolt is pulled out;

　　⑥禁止采用吊籃上站人方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);

　　⑥ It is prohibited to use the method of standing on a suspended basket for testing;

　　⑦試驗(yàn)完成后填寫部門提供的《膨脹螺栓拉拔試驗(yàn)報(bào)告》，并由相關(guān) 人員簽字確認(rèn)。

　　⑦ After the experiment is completed, fill in the "Expansion Bolt Pulling Test Report" provided by the department and have it signed and confirmed by relevant personnel.
